As the Founder & CEO of Vision Shift Catalyst, LLC, she has secured over $59 million in grant funding and helps higher education, nonprofit, and public-sector leaders simplify complexity, prove impact, and reclaim their time through strategic program design, evaluation, and capacity-building support. Her work centers on the leaders who carry the weight of strategy and outcomes; those tasked with proving impact, sustaining funding, and improving the systems that serve students, families, and communities. Dr. Pinckney holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and has been recognized for her contributions to student success, compliance, and program impact.
