Founders Darye Henry and San Pathak
AfterSchool HQ was created to help youth programs everywhere become more effective and show the impact they need to get funding, so they can focus on what really matters: helping more kids.
Our CEO was a youth program provider in Indianapolis struggling to make an impact while also obtaining the necessary funding and resources. He eventually physically burned out trying to do it all without enough support.
He learned the process to getting funding and support, discovering that funders want to see the impact programs are making before committing the amount of funding required to grow.

What is the AfterSchool HQ Affiliate Program?
The AfterSchool HQ Affiliate Program is a way for educators, community leaders, and business owners to earn commissions by referring after-school and youth programs to our platform. AfterSchool HQ provides youth programs with tools to manage registrations, reporting, and funding more effectively.
Affiliates can participate in different ways—whether you just want to refer programs or actively represent our brand at events, there’s an option that fits your level of involvement.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the plan the referred customer signs up for and which affiliate track you choose. Affiliates can earn up to $1,000 per referral when a youth program joins AfterSchool HQ.
We offer three affiliate tracks, each with different earning potential:
- Referral Partner – Earn commissions for every successful referral.
- Ambassador Program – Earn commissions plus additional perks, including AHQ swag, for representing the brand.
- Business Partner – Earn commissions and gain access to AHQ’s national database to promote your own services.

AfterSchool HQ serves youth program providers in all 50 states. Some organizations have physical locations, while others operate inside schools or across multiple districts. Our platform is used by single-site programs as well as multi-state organizations that need to manage operations across multiple locations.
How does the referral process work?
The process is simple:
1️⃣ You introduce a youth program to AfterSchool HQ.
2️⃣ Our team takes it from there – We meet with them, demo the platform, and help them get set up.
3️⃣ You earn a commission when they sign up and become a paying customer.
As an affiliate, you don’t need to handle sales calls, onboarding, or support. Your role is simply to connect programs with us, and we’ll do the rest!
