With extensive experience supporting Out-of-School Time (OST) leaders, Therese helps organizations unlock growth, improve program quality, and build sustainable systems through customized program design, strategic gap analysis, and leadership development.

She is the creator of the UP8™ Framework, a comprehensive model used to strengthen organizational leadership, program operations, and youth impact, and leads initiatives such as Innovators Circle, UP8 Academy, and World Changer Project-Based Learning experiences.
