Senior, Fayetteville State University. Cartier is a student leader on a mission. Majoring in Healthcare Administration, he’s taken on roles as a mentor, coach, and trainer—all rooted in his passion for service and growth. With a long-term goal of becoming a Medical Director of Community Health, Cartier believes that “health is wealth” and works to bridge the gap between healthcare systems and the underserved communities that need them most.

Described by some as the Miss Rachel for adults, Marissa Badgley, MSW, is a globally recognized team culture transformation expert and facilitator with a dynamic background in organizational psychology, leadership development, education, conflict resolution, group dynamics, and social work.

 

Marissa is the Founder of Reloveution, a small business that leverages the magic of humanity to strengthen teams and deepen leadership impact. In short, she helps workplaces make sense of humans, and humans make sense of work. Since 2019, Marissa and Reloveution have worked with 150+ companies and tens of thousands of current and emerging leaders worldwide, facilitating transformational learning and community experiences that propel humans, teams, and entire organizations toward excellence, justice, and love.

About Jesus O. Ramirez

Program Director, Wounded Warrior Project & President, ROOTS Mentoring. Originally from Loíza, Puerto Rico, and now based in Fayetteville, NC, Jesus is a U.S. Army veteran, father of five, and community leader. After retiring as a Sergeant First Class, he transitioned into serving others through mentorship and adventure therapy. From veterans to youth, his work focuses on healing, empowerment, and leadership development—with retreats playing a central role in both personal and professional growth.
