After experiencing their own struggles with burnout and compassion fatigue, they became passionate about helping other people in helping professions find their way back to sustainable, fulfilling work. Through their coaching practice TRANSCEND tabu, LLC, Seimei offers support that’s both honest and kind—because they believe the people who spend their days taking care of everyone else deserve someone in their corner too.
